By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

VidToPixar provides the following digital services:

• Image Editing — professional retouching, background removal, color correction, and more
• Video Editing — cuts, transitions, color grading, subtitles, and video enhancements
• Pixar-Style Animation — converting photos or videos into Pixar / cartoon-style animated visuals

All services are delivered as digital files. We do not ship any physical products.

When you place an order on VidToPixar:

• Full payment is required at the time of placing the order
• We accept payments through our secure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
• You will receive an order confirmation email after successful payment
• Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed

If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the completed work until payment is resolved.

All completed digital files are delivered via email or through your account download area on our website.

• Standard delivery time is clearly stated on each service/product page
• Delivery times begin after we receive your payment and all required files
• Complex or large orders may require additional time — we will notify you in advance
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high order volumes

Since we provide custom digital services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Revisions: Each order includes a set number of free revisions as stated on the service page. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
• Refunds before work begins: If you cancel your order before we start working on it, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds after work begins: Once work has started, refunds are not available. We will work with you to ensure satisfaction through revisions.
• Refunds after delivery: Refunds are not available once the final file has been delivered, as digital products cannot be “returned.”

Upon full payment and delivery of your order:

• You own the final delivered file and may use it for personal or commercial purposes
• VidToPixar retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing
• You must own or have rights to any images, videos, or content you submit to us for editing
• We are not responsible for any copyright violations caused by content you submit

When you upload images or videos to VidToPixar:

• Your files are used solely to complete your order
• We will never sell, share, or misuse your uploaded content
• Files are stored securely and deleted from our servers within 30 days of order completion
• You are responsible for keeping a copy of your original files — we are not liable for any data loss

You agree not to use VidToPixar’s services for any of the following:

• Uploading illegal, obscene, hateful, or harmful content
• Submitting content that violates someone else’s copyright or privacy
• Creating deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws
• Reselling or redistributing our services without written permission

We reserve the right to immediately cancel any order and ban any user who violates these conditions, without a refund.

VidToPixar provides services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., technical outages, natural disasters)
• We do not guarantee that our services will meet every specific requirement or expectation

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do:

• The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date
• Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms
• For significant changes, we may notify you via email
